Flea Titan Experience

Took a paragraph from Grace's blog and her photos. She has a great write up of the flea so i'm just gonna document it here. :) Hope you don't mind, Grace! http://d3i-gratia.livejournal.com/73837.html

"Anyway, took part in Revenge of the Titans: Flea Titan 2 with Brend, Anna, Steffie on Sunday. It was horrible. After the morning of logistics hard labor, I immediately caught a running nose and was feeling damn sick the whole day. To make things worse, the organisers of the spree tried to pack so many vendors into the building that customers had NO WHERE to squeeze, and of coz, freaking humid and stale air. Super sick, was feeling so sticky and uncomfortable that I think i was practically hyperventilating. had to make a trip back home to take a shower and at the same time bring a mini fan down, thanks to Doug's ingenious suggestion =D. Thank goodness though we had a corner store with power supply. tee hee."

Yes it is that crowded!!! Even i don't have the mood to shop in such crowded, hot and humid place... hence e bad sales revenue.

I was so fed up with the aircon and with the crowded space that i just grabbed a few clothes and hang it up using my car. Car Boot Sale!! Most people didn pay much attention to the stuff.... Well only managed to sell 1 jacket. Well, at least i have fresh air and some space...

This is our flea shop front. I know it is really messy but what can u expect from a flea stall used by 4 girls?? haha.

Haha we are really happy to be out there in the open. See how unhappy Grace is in the picture at the bottom.

Brenda, Grace and Steffe did the DE SHOPPE poster. All of us brought our clothes rack. Yeah the dress at the top left is Grace's followed by Bren's Sailor-inspired top, followed by Grace's hot zebra print tube top and lastly my mum's ReAL vintage cobalt blue dress.

They are still up for sale!!

All in all, think the organizers are terrible. Don't think an apology email will do... They caused all of us to fall sick and waste our time there laboring and sniffing.
